INTELLIGENCE TRAINING WING, RIMBA, Friday, 18 April 2025 – A total of two course participants from the Joint Force Headquarters has successfully completed the Intelligence Officers/Advanced Intelligence (IO/AI) course. The 7 week course was conducted at the Intelligence Training Wing, Rimba and attended by 23 course participants from various units in the Royal Brunei Armed Forces and one officer from the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF).
Present as the Guest of Honour was Colonel (U) Pg Hj Mohd Hasreen bin Pg Hj Ali Hassan, Director of Intelligence, Ministry of Defence. Also present were Senior Officers, Invited Guest Officers, and Directing Staffs of the course.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of doa and then preceding to the distribution of certificates, announcement of the Best Student Officers' Award and Best Student Other Ranks Award. The ceremony continued with a cohort video presentation, a course reflection by RBPF course participant, and concluded with a closing speech by the Guest of Honour.
In his closing speech, the Guest of Honour highlighted on the importance of intelligence and understanding the concept. He urged course participants to be critical and always be prepared to learn. In addition, the Guest of Honor highlighted the importance for course participants to enhance their competency, responsiveness through this achievement.
DUA ANGGOTA DARI MARKAS ANGKATAN BERSAMA, ANGKATAN BERSENJATA DIRAJA BRUNEI (MAB, ABDB) TELAH MENAMATKAN KURSUS INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS/ADVANCED INTELLIGENCE (IO/AI)
CAWANGAN LATIHAN PERISIKAN, RIMBA, Jumaat, 18 April 2025 - Seramai dua peserta kursus dari Markas Angkatan Bersama telah menamatkan Kursus Intelligence Officers/Advanced Intelligence (IO/AI). Kursus selama 7 minggu telah dijalankan di Cawangan Latihan Perisikan, Rimba dan dihadiri oleh 23 peserta kursus dari pelbagai unit Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei dan seorang pegawai dari Pasukan Polis Diraja Brunei (PPDB).
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Kolonel (U) Pg Hj Mohd Hasreen bin Pg Hj Ali Hassan, Pengarah Perisikan, Kementerian Pertahanan. Turut hadir adalah Pegawai-Pegawai Kanan, Pegawai-Pegawai Jemputan, dan Jurulatih kursus.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan doa dan diteruskan dengan pengagihan sijil, pengumuman Anugerah Pelajar Terbaik Pegawai dan Anugerah Pelajar Terbaik Lain-lain Peringkat. Majlis diteruskan dengan tayangan video, renungan kursus dari peserta kursus PPDB, dan ucapan penutup oleh Tetamu Kehormat.
Dalam ucapan penutupnya, Tetamu Kehormat menekankan kepentingan perisikan dan memahami konsepnya. Beliau juga menasihatkan para peserta kursus untuk kritikal dan sentiasa terbuka untuk belajar. Di samping itu, beliau juga berharap agar peserta-peserta kursus akan dapat melatih diri untuk lebih cekap, dan efisyen dalam perlaksanaan tugas dimana mempunyai banyak cabaran.
